Congratulations to Donovan Hegland, who made it into the CBDA All State Jr. High Honor Band. Way to go! Donovan started taking trumpet lessons in 4th grade from Kandy, and is now a 7th grader at Palm Desert Charter Middle School. He has been a very dedicated student, and worked very hard to achieve this high honor. Many students from all over Southern California audition for the honor band, and only a few are chosen. Don was chosen over many 8th and 9th graders. Best of luck, Donovan. Keep practicing!
